AI-driven startup 11X has raised $24 million in a Series A funding round, aiming to revolutionize workforce dynamics by introducing autonomous digital workers into everyday business operations. The funding round was led by Benchmark, with participation from prominent investors, including Quiet Capital, SV Angel, and HubSpot Ventures.
Founded in 2022, 11X is developing AI-powered digital workers designed to streamline go-to-market (GTM) operations, enabling teams to focus on more strategic tasks. According to Hasan Sukkar, the company’s CEO and founder, “In two years, we believe that digital workers will be a regular part of how companies around the world operate.”
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand the team, and strengthen the company’s global footprint, with a particular focus on the U.S. market.
Unlike traditional SaaS companies, 11X is targeting hiring budgets, not software spending. “We’re in the business of selling work,” explained Guillaume Roux-Romestaing, head of partnerships at 11X. The company’s innovative approach unbundles specific tasks traditionally performed by employees, offering AI-driven solutions that allow for scalable automation.
Earlier this year, 11X introduced Alice, an AI-powered sales development representative that automates prospecting, multi-channel engagement, and personalization at scale. More recently, they launched Jordan, an AI phone representative designed to qualify inbound leads autonomously.
With this new funding, 11X aims to push the boundaries of AI-enabled workforce automation, positioning digital workers as a key component of the modern business landscape.
