Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM), a global leader in technology consulting and digital solutions, has announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft to enhance workplace experiences using Copilot for Microsoft 365. This initiative targets over 1,200 customers and more than 10,000 employees across 15 locations, positioning Tech Mahindra as a premier Global Systems Integrator (GSI) adopting Copilot for Microsoft 365.
This collaboration aims to boost workforce efficiency and streamline processes by leveraging Microsoft’s trusted cloud platform and generative AI capabilities. Additionally, Tech Mahindra is implementing GitHub Copilot for 5,000 developers, anticipating a 35% to 40% increase in productivity by democratizing access to AI tools.

To maximize the potential of Copilot for Microsoft 365, Tech Mahindra plans to extend its value through plugins within and outside the Microsoft app ecosystem. This approach will harness multiple data sources to drive creativity and increase productivity, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing effort, and improving quality and compliance.
As part of this collaboration, Tech Mahindra has launched a dedicated Copilot practice to help customers fully leverage AI tools. This practice includes workforce training for assessment and preparation, which are critical for successfully integrating AI across all functions within an organization. Tech Mahindra will offer comprehensive solutions to help customers assess, prepare, pilot, and adopt business solutions utilizing Copilot for Microsoft 365.
