Mobile gaming giant Playtika announced on Wednesday its decision to acquire fellow developer SuperPlay in a deal potentially valued at $1.95 billion. This acquisition would unite popular titles like Bingo Blitz and Dice Dreams under a single banner.
Under the terms of the agreement, Playtika will initially pay $700 million for SuperPlay. An additional contingent consideration of up to $1.25 billion will be available, contingent on SuperPlay achieving specific financial milestones over the next three years.
