StackAdapt, a leading multi-channel advertising platform, has announced the appointment of Alessandra Alessio as its new Director of Marketing for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Alessio brings with her over a decade of experience in digital advertising, having previously held senior marketing roles at Google.
In her new role, Alessio will be responsible for driving StackAdapt’s growth across the APAC region, overseeing the execution of key marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the company’s brand presence. Her expertise will help showcase StackAdapt’s robust platform and its ability to support brands in a competitive advertising landscape.
Alessio’s career spans 16 years at Google, where she worked in B2B marketing and sales, focusing on adtech, measurement, and data privacy solutions. Over the past 12 years, she has specialized in the APAC region, with a particular emphasis on the Australian market, where she spent eight years.
Her appointment follows a series of strategic hires by StackAdapt in key APAC markets, including recent appointments in Hong Kong and Japan, as the company continues to expand its presence across the region.
Commenting on her new role, Alessio expressed enthusiasm about joining StackAdapt: “I was drawn to StackAdapt by its powerful multi-channel media buying platform and the company’s exceptional culture, which prioritizes delivering outstanding service to agency and brand clients. With ambitious growth plans for the APAC region, I’m excited to help lead the next phase of expansion and innovation.”
Liam McCarten, StackAdapt’s Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region, welcomed Alessio to the team, saying, “We’re thrilled Alessandra has joined StackAdapt. Her extensive knowledge of our industry and region will undoubtedly drive the next stage of our growth. While we’ve made great strides in increasing our visibility across APAC, Alessandra’s leadership will further elevate our brand and help us differentiate ourselves in the market. We believe we’re building something truly special, and Alessandra is key to that vision.”
